Case Competition Description

Interested in investment banking?  Want to get real, hands-on experience in the field? Houlihan Lokey is hosting a financial restructuring case competition with Bruin Hedge Fund at UCLA that will also be held jointly with USC. During the case, teams will have the unique opportunity to gain valuable experience evaluating the financial situation of a distressed company, creating financial models and analysis, and developing strategic solutions.

This is a great opportunity to hone your financial skills and showcase your ability. Finalists will be invited to present their case to senior Houlihan Lokey bankers based in the Los Angeles office.

Teams of 3-4 students are requested and must include only freshmen and sophomores currently enrolled at UCLA. Please register your teams using the registration link below.

Timeline:

• In-Person Info Session: Tuesday 2/6 at 6:30pm in Young Hall CS 24

• Virtual First Round Submission: Wednesday 2/14 by 11:59PM PT

• Final Round Presentation (Invitation Only): Thursday 2/22 at the Houlihan Lokey Office in Century City
